DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Tik Tok, WeChat, Google ads etc.) and campaigns;

  • Prepare, coordinate, manage and ensure all digital & social content and material go live accurately and punctually;

  • Create content and handle all the graphic designing and video editing;

  • Responsible for increasing the number of leads, increasing the attention and activity of fans, and timely interaction with leads/fans;

  • Content analysis performance and campaign effectiveness tracking;

  • Attend to customer enquiries, comments and complaints across the multiple digital and social media platforms;

  • Identify and strategize digital marketing initiatives across SEM, email marketing, social media and other platforms where there are opportunities;

  • Maintain and improvise the assets and documentation associated with the company’s digital presence including website properties, social media and more;

  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness;

  • Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ads revenue and web visitor data in order to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy;

  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.);

  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of search engine optimisation strategies;

  • Manage online contents for website and responsible for maintenance of the website;

  • Work on copywriting for social media, website blog and digital marketing ads;

  • Monitors and responds to online conversations to generate user engagement;

  • Collaborate with designers or other vendor partners to improve user experience;

  • Plan for monthly digital budgeting;

  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Digital Marketing field is required;

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Advertising/Communication/Media, Business Administration, or related field;

  • Good command in spoken and written English;

  • Strong oral and writing command in Mandarin for internal communication purposes;

  • Familiar with Microsoft Software (Office & Excel);

  • Proven experience in digital marketing - preferably in performance marketing positions;

  • Excellent understanding in various social media platforms, digital tools and website analytics;

  • Basic understanding/hands-on knowledge SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CMS would be an advantage;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking;

  • Skills and experience in creative content writing;

  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking and to work well under pressure;

  • Ability to self-generate video/picture media content will be an added advantage.
