To ensure compliance to the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management systems and quality policy;
Coordinate and liaise with consultants in solving technical discrepancies and detailing issue of architecture works;
Study and review the project specification, construction drawing, scope of work and contractual requirements;
Monitor and supervise architectural work progress and quality of work on site;
Attend site meetings with Employer, Consultants, Sub-con when necessary;
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Must obtain at least Degree in Architect or equivalent;
A minimum 3 years hands on working experience;
Able to work independently and have good communication skills;
Good command on written and spoken of English and Malay language. Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
Willing to travel for work purpose.
